Sales Intelligence Tiles - These tiles surface information about prospects and accounts sales teams engage with every day, right where they work. Synthesizing data from sources including Twitter, Owler, and MapBox, this feature empower reps to have personalized conversations, build stronger relationships, and close more deals.
ZoomInfo Partnership - Use ZoomInfo to gather the data you need on the people and companies you prospect. Combined with Outreach, you have a powerful solution for your sales team. Now, you can engage the right people with the right content in just a few simple steps.
Font Selector - Outreach users can now select the font type and size in all compose windows. This includes single emails, sequence templates, snippets, and your signature. The font selector is found under the “A” in the compose window, where you’ll see a dropdown menu of available fonts and four different sizes.
Account Import & Prospect Account Assignment via CSV- Import accounts via CSV, and assign prospects to their corresponding account. No longer will reps need to manually create accounts in Outreach, they’ll be created in bulk automatically upon import.
Window Mode Beta Program - Our chrome extension, Outreach Everywhere, was created to be just that – the power of Outreach wherever you work. We make consistent updates to the extension to add new capabilities, but today we’re taking a big step forward to improve the speed and responsiveness of the extension.This new experience is unlike any other chrome extension. It removes the extension from on top of your window and creates a separate window that snaps perfectly to the side of your browser. Cloning content - Sequences, templates, and snippets are cloned from the list view pages, but from the list view it’s challenging to know if the content you’re cloning is the content you need. We’ve updated the platform to allow users to clone content from within the preview. Here’s what you’ll see.
Org Default Time Zones - Historically the day-of-the-week variables were based on the PST timezone, which caused problems from customers in other timezones, especially our EMEA customers, because the suggested days are not always accurate. We’ve added an 'org default timezone' so the day of week variable will be populated based on the org's timezone information. This is also the foundation work for future timezone related feature releases.
Bounce Reason SFDC Sync - A current Salesforce plugin mapping that’s available is a timestamp of when we receive a bounced email. We now have the ability to sync the bounce reason to the Salesforce activity field. To enable this feature, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Export Account Details - From the account list view, you can now export account details. This includes the number of prospects in the account, the last touch on the account, active/finished sequences, and custom fields. Take a look!
