What is Prospect Filtering?
Prospect Filtering restricts your Outreach Outbox and email activity feeds to prospects only. Mailings and activities from non-prospects will not be displayed in Outreach.
Why should I use it?
You want most of your emails in Outreach but you don’t want the whole team to see personal or confidential emails.
How does it work?
This org level setting will allow teams to limit their Outbox and Activity Feed to prospect mailings only. Outreach admins can filter out emails with internal domains and more.
With this filter on, non-prospect mailings are not accessible to Outreach users. Admins can find this option in Org Settings, below the "Block creation of prospects" setting.
Note: In order for this to work effectively, orgs will need to be sure to add their own domains to the "Block creation of prospects" setting and ensure that no prospects currently exist for internal employees.
