Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Users in reviewing and modifying dispositions.
Intended Audience:
- Outreach Users
Review Current Dispositions
- Scroll down to the Company Settings Page
- Add/Remove/Update the dispositions listed in the Call Dispositions table until they match exactly the Call Dispositions you have configured on Outreach
Add a New Disposition:
- Click the Add New Record button
- Enter the Disposition Text
- Select the appropriate Disposition Type
- Select the Lightning, Dialer and Conversation Checkboxes
- Click Save Changes
Delete a Disposition:
- Select the Delete button corresponding to the Disposition you want to delete
- Click Save Changes
Update a Disposition
- Click the Disposition Text field, Lightning, Dialer or Conversation Checkboxes to modify them.
- Click Save Changes
