The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach Users regarding email activity insights.
- Outreach Users
- The bottom 1% of data is not included in graphs where the amount of data is not enough to make a suggestion.
- Timezones are accounted for, defaulting to the Outreach User's timezone.
Email Activity Insights Overview:
Email Activity Insights provides Users with data related specifically to all inbound and outbound emails tracked by Outreach.
Users can sort and filter how the metrics are displayed by clicking and selecting an applicable filter from the Filters dropdown menu and specifying a date range.
Content can be filtered as described in the table below.
|Prospect Owner||Displays content by the selected Owner.

The Emails Activity Insights provides Users with the following data:
- Email Delivery Overview
- Outbound Email Activity by Time of Day
- Template Overview Leaderboard
- Best Time of Day to Email by Reply Rate
- Email Delivery by Mailing State
Email Delivery Overview:
The Email Delivery Overview displays a table representing the number of deliveries by group or individual and the percentage of opens, clicks, and replies over a period of time segmented by Team, Uses, and Roles.
The top of the table displays the total number of deliveries and breaks down how the mailings were delivered by sequence, bulk, or one-off emails.
Outbound Email Activity by Time of Day:
The Outbound Email Activity by Time of Day heatmap displays email activity by day and time.
The darker shaded areas indicate a higher amount of email activity.
Template Overview Leaderboard:
The Template Overview Leaderboard displays a table representing the top performing Templates segmented by the total number of delivered, opened, replied, clicked, and variables used.
Best Time of Day to Email by Reply Rate:
The Best Time of Day to Email by Reply Rate is a heatmap displaying the best time to email a Prospect based on the number of replies received by a Prospect.
Similar to the other heatmaps, the darker shaded areas indicate a higher reply rate during a specified day and time, with the best time to email each day noted on the top of the heatmap.
