In sales, accounts will frequently change hands as sales processes are refined and updated. Depending on your Salesforce plugin, these ownership changes will update in Outreach automatically. However, you can also change account ownership by hand as needed.
Change Account Ownership
1. Navigate to the list of Accounts you want to change owner on. Clear the ownership filter (if necessary) and select the accounts that need to be updated.
2. Click the pencil menu button above the list of prospects and select the new owner.
3. Find the correct name in the list of users and then click update.
