Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Users in setting a default schedule for meetings.
When a sequence is created, the sequence schedule will automatically be included. By default, this is an Outreach-generated schedule, which includes time blocks on Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm. However, you can change the default schedule that is added to newly created sequences.

Procedure
- Log in to Outreach.
- Click Administration > Workflow automations.
- Find the schedule you'd like to set as the default. When you hover over the schedule, a dropdown arrow will appear. Click on the arrow to and select "set as default"
Note: Selecting a new default will not apply the schedule to existing sequences. You'll need to bulk reassign the sequence schedule by selecting the applicable sequences on the Sequences List View page and selecting Assign ruleset from the More Options dropdown menu.
