If you have permission from your Outreach Admin to use Local Dial, you can follow these steps to call prospects from a local number.
Enabling Local Dial for Outreach Voice
- Click on the initials on the bottom left hand side of the Outreach platform and on the top of the page, select "Voice".
- Under the section labeled "Outreach Phone Numbers", make sure you've either purchased a new number or added an existing number.
- If Local Dial has been enabled for your Outreach profile, you'll see an option labeled "Use a Local Number". Click "Make Default". The local number option will be highlighted blue when it is the default.
- Save your changes.
