Prospect Overview Report
The Prospect Overview displays the number of unique Prospects created, emailed, and their interaction with the email.
Note: The numbers and graphs adjust as the date range and report profiles are changed.
The Prospects Overview reports are broken down as follows based on the specified date range:
Report | Description |
---|---|
Created | The number of unique Prospects created in the Outreach Platform during the selected timeframe. |
Mailed | The number of unique Prospects that received at least one email during the selected timeframe. This number can be lower or higher than the number of Prospects created because not all Prospects created will receive an email and existing Prospects may have received an email in this timeframe as well. |
Opened | The number of unique Prospects who opened an email sent by an Outreach User. |
Replied | The number of unique Prospects who replied to an email sent by an Outreach User. |
Bounced | The number of unique Prospects who were emailed and the email sent was returned with a bounce notification. You may see this number decrease since some bounces automatically retry and are successfully delivered. |
Unsubscribed | The number of unique Prospects who unsubscribed from future communication. |
Opens, replies, bounces, and unsubscribed data appear as percentages. Hovering over the field displays the specific number attached to these data points. Click into these fields to view the list of Prospects associated with the specific mailing state.
Delivery Overview Report:
The chart represents all emails delivered or scheduled over a specified period of time. Of the delivered emails at that time, it shows how many went into a state of being opened, clicked, replied, or unsubscribed for emails delivered within the specified timeframe - the report captures unique Prospect actions as they happen from the time of delivery.
These numbers are not necessarily associated with activity seen in the activity feed. For example, if an email was delivered to a Prospect on March 4th, and the Prospect replied on March 15th, the email reply would appear in the report during a date range that included March 4th, the date the email was initially delivered. This is also true of any opens, clicks, replies and opt-outs.
Note: The Delivery Overview counts the number of emails opened.
The Delivery Overview reports are broken down as follows based on the specified date range:
Report | Description |
---|---|
Deliveries | The number of emails delivered to Prospects. This can be higher than the number of Prospects mailed because some Prospects may have been sent more than one email during the specified timeframe. |
One-offs | The number of deliveries that were sent as a single email. This does not include emails sent through bulk compose. |
Sequences | Emails delivered as part of an email step in a Sequence, either manual or automatic. |
Clicks | The number of mailings delivered that were clicked by Prospects. This displays as a percentage and hovering over this number provides users the specific number. Note: Click tracking must be enabled. |
Opens | The number of mailings delivered that were opened by the Prospects. This displays as a percentage and hovering over the number provides users the specific number. Note: Open tracking must be enabled. |
Replies | The number of mailings delivered that were replied to. |
Bounced | The percentage/number of emails that bounced. |
Unsubscribe | The number of Prospects that unsubscribed from future communication. |
The Delivery Overview graph can be sorted to display relevant information such as one-offs, bulk emails, or Sequences by selecting the options next to the Delivery Overview header.
Once sorted, Users can further adjust the graph to only view relevant data points. For example, if a User only wants to see deliveries, double click on the Deliveries section of the graph key, click once more to bring all data points back to the graph, and click a single time to remove the selection from the visible data points.
Call Overview Report
The Call Overview provides data for the number of calls placed to Prospects in a specified date range by the specified individual(s), team, or role.
From left to right you can see the following based on the selected date range:
Report | Description |
---|---|
Calls | The total number of calls placed. |
Outbound | The number of calls logged that were outbound. |
Inbound | The number of calls logged that were inbound. |
Call Disposition | Based on the Org’s settings, the Call Dispositions that were selected when the call was logged will be displayed. These dispositions vary based on the Org’s protocols, but will be listed in this field with an associated percentage based on the total number of calls placed in the date range selected. |
Note: Call dispositions are configured by an Outreach Admin and are associated with Call Types. For more information regarding Call Dispositions and Call Types, refer to the Managing Call Dispositions and Call Purposes article.
Similar to the Delivery Overview, Users can sort calls by all calls, outbound calls, or inbound calls. These options are found on the right of the Call Overview header.
Once sorted, Users can further adjust the graph to only view relevant data points.. For example, if you only want to see deliveries, double click on the “deliveries” section of the graph key, click once more to bring all data points back to the graph, and click a single time to remove the selection from the visible data points.
Leaderboards Report
Leaderboards let you see where you and your team stands and how your sequences and corresponding templates are performing. Leaderboards include team performance, individual user performance, sequence and template performance based on deliverability.
