To set up and configure password policy for Outreach users. This option is for non-SSO configurations only.
- Outreach Admins
Password Policies can only be configured for non-SSO accounts. For configurations with SSO enabled, refer to the appropriate guidance.
- Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
- Click Administration > ORG Info.
- Navigate to General > Sign-in and password options.
- Click Edit.
- Select Password Rules.
- Click Save.
