Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide information and direction to Outreach Users regarding the updated Outreach Everywhere extension.
This article illustrates the updated Outreach Everywhere experience in Gmail, and discusses the following topics:
- How To Add Templates in Gmail

Notes:
Outreach Everywhere must be installed and enabled. For more information regarding installing Outreach Everywhere, refer to the Installing Outreach Everywhere Chrome Extension article.
How To Add Templates in Gmail:
- Compose a new email or access an existing email.
- Click the Templates icon in the email composition window.
- Search and select the applicable Template.
Note: To access Templates that are part of a Collection, click the All Templates dropdown and select from the list of available collections.
How To Add Snippets in Gmail:
- Compose a new email or access an existing email.
- Click the Snippets icon in the email composition window.
- Search and select the applicable Snippet.
Note: To access Snippets that are part of a Collection, click the All Templates dropdown and select from the list of available Collections.
How To Add Prospects to Sequences in Gmail:
- Compose a new email or access an existing email.
- Click the Sequences icon in the email composition window.
- Search or scroll for the applicable Sequence. Note: Sequences that are part of a Collection can be accessed via the dropdown. For more information regarding Collections, refer to the applicable article.
- Click the expansion arrow to display a list of steps within a sequence.
- Click to select the applicable Sequence. Note: If you select a sequence by accident, click the X icon to remove the sequence, then click Select a Sequence to continue adding a Sequence.
- Click Edit to reschedule a delivery date as applicable.
- Click Set Follow-up.
A Note about Adding Prospects to Sequences:
When adding a Prospect to a Sequence from Gmail, the Prospect will only be added once you send your email from Gmail. If the Prospect responds to the email sent from Gmail the Prospect will be automatically finished in the Sequence.
Note: To remove the email from a Sequence, click the Sequence icon, and click Remove.
How To Set Reminders and Promote Emails in Gmail:
Note: The following details the process of setting reminders for a specific email communication. For more information on setting automatic reminders, refer to the How To Enable Automatic Reminders in Gmail article.
- Compose a new email or access an existing email.
- Click the Reminders icon in the email composition window.
- Configure the reminder as outlined in the table below:
Option Description Bump email to top of inbox Moves the email to the top of the inbox based on the user-defined parameters.
Create a task in Outreach Creates a follow up task in Outreach. Bump and create a task Combine the actions of promoting an email in the users inbox and creating a follow up task. Process action - If no reply

Date & Time Provides users with a calendar picker and time options. Optional Note Input pertinent information regarding the reminder.
Note: Reminders and notes are sent to a user's inbox. - Click Set Reminder.
How To Add Meetings in Gmail:
- Compose a new email or access an existing email.
- Click the Meetings icon in the email composition window.
- Select the applicable option as described in the table below:
Option Description Insert proposed times Provides the user with the option to select and configure meeting details and settings. Link to your calendar Provides a public calendar link.

Note: To view a colleague's calendar, add their name as a guest while configuring the meeting.
