When syncing a record from Salesforce to Outreach, one or more fields in Outreach are mot updating with the correct data shown in Salesforce.
Org plugin settings (Admin only)

Navigate to your plugin settings in Outreach, open the affected object (e.g. Account <> Prospect), and locate the field that isn't syncing. Resolve using one of the methods below:
- If the field mapping doesn't exist, add it.
- If the field mapping exists but it is mapped to the wrong field on either the Salesforce or Outreach side, adjust it to the correct field.
- If the field still isn't syncing properly, perform an in-app refresh to make sure the field hasn't been deleted or edited. A deleted or renamed field will show __c after the Salesforce field name.
The most common causes are a field mapping that is missing, a field mapping that is incorrect, or a field in Salesforce that has been edited or deleted and is no longer available for mapping in the Salesforce <> Outreach plugin.
