When creating a new user, or editing an existing user, the warning "Email has already been taken" displays when trying to save.
- Outreach Users
User login emails must be entirely unique, you will need to create unique login email addresses for every user in every instance. A user cannot have the same login email in multiple instances, even if the other instance is an entirely unrelated company.
The user you're attempting to save already exists with this email address in another Outreach instance. There are two common causes for this:
- If your organization has multiple Outreach instances, including Sandbox instances
- If you're working with consultants who have seats created in some other Outreach instance
