Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins and Outreach Users in updating the email address associated with their Mailbox.

- Each User can add a total of 2 Mailboxes
Procedure
- Submit a Technical Support Request for a New Mailbox Add with the new email address.
- Once Outreach Support adds the New Mailbox, you can follow this guide to complete the Mailbox Setup.
