Outreach admins can opt their Organizations into the new Outreach look & feel ("Restyle") using a toggle in the Admin Settings section of Outreach. This gives admins complete control over when their organizations receive the new experience, up until Q3 2023 when it will be rolled out to all customers.

Turning on the new look & feel
- Navigate to Settings > Org > Experimental. You'll find the tab at the far right of the Org page, next to Email.
- Check the box that reads "Enable the new Outreach theme." This will automatically redirect users in your organization to web.outreach.io. It is not possible to enable this experience for a selected subset of users via this setting.
- Decide if individual users can switch back to the old experience. We recommend keeping this box unchecked so that all of your users have a consistent experience, but there are some cases where enabling users to opt out may be preferred.
Why should I enable the new Outreach look & feel for my organization?
Along with visual updates that make Outreach more accessible and modern, this change will switch your organization over to a new web app that will be the foundation for new changes to Outreach going forward. By switching over early, you will be eligible for improvements to reporting, tasks, admin settings, and more as soon as they become available.
What will Outreach users experience with this change?

When you enable this change, users in your organization will be automatically redirected to web.outreach.io. All of the data and functionality will be the same except for the changes listed in the release notes linked above.
Previewing the new look & feel
You can preview the new look & feel by visiting web.outreach.io while logged into your Outreach instance. This will load all the same data, but with new visual styles and some minor UX modifications based on user feedback.
