Can't send claim link to users

Symptom

When attempting to send a claim link to users, the only option is Lock with no option to send a claim link.

Applies To

  • Admin users

  • User management

Resolution

The admin should reach our to their internal IT team for assistance in setting up a user's login credentials.

Cause

The org is using SSO for login management.
