In short, no. If you send a one-off email to several people and one of them opens it, it will track as opened for every recipient. Keep in mind this does not apply to bulk compose. With one-offs, you are sending the same email to multiple prospects who can see all recipients. Similarly, if the recipient forwards the email thread to someone else and that person opens the email, the open will be indiscernible from opens coming from intended recipients.
However, with bulk compose, each recipient receives a new copy of the email and cannot see any other recipients. This means that the tracking pixels for open and click tracking are unique in each email received, and opens from one recipient will not impact others.
