Objective
You are trying to sign in to the Outreach system, but you do not remember your password or it appears to not be working as remembered. You want to submit a password reset request.
Applies To
- Outreach users with an active user account
- Outreach organizations that are not using their own single sign on (SSO) method
- Outreach application/platform
- Outreach Support Portal
Procedure
- Go to the Outreach sign-in page at https://web.outreach.io.
- Input your Outreach email login ID and click Next.
- Click the Forgot password? link.
Note: If you do not see this page and you are redirected to another site, then you have an SSO connection that is set up by your Org. In this case, you will have to reach out to your IT team for a password change/update request. - Confirm your Outreach email login ID, then click Submit.
- Look for the password reset email, which will come from notifications@app.outreach.io with subject Outreach Password Reset Instructions.
Still waiting for the reset email?
First, please check your email folders and spam.
Also make sure the email address notifications@app.outreach.io is not blocked, marked as unsafe/spam, or impacted by any email forwarding rules.
You may also want to confirm with your IT team that the Outreach notification email address or domain is not blocked at the DNS level.
