Objective
If you have the incorrect CRM record mapped to Outreach, this article will teach you how to remap the record in Outreach with another record in Salesforce.

Procedure
- Navigate to the record you would like to remap.
- Hover over the Salesforce information area in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Click the X icon that appears, as shown here:
- Click 'Yes' in Remove Mapping dialog.
- Hover over the same area, but this time click the cloud icon.
- In the 'Action' drop down, choose 'Find corresponding object without changing data' and click the 'Sync' option:
