Answer
When a prospect is created in Outreach, any meetings or events created after the prospect creation date will be synced into Outreach automatically according to your mailbox and calendar sync settings. However, sometimes the initial meeting with a prospect takes place before they're added in Outreach as a prospect, and you may want to retain that meeting information in their Outreach record.
In order to sync the meeting into Outreach and associate it with their prospect profile, you'll need to make an edit to the associated meeting from your Gmail or Outlook calendar. Making an update to the meeting will prompt Outreach to check the meeting again, and pull that information into the prospect's profile in Outreach as long as the meeting was associated with an actively-synced Outreach user's calendar.
