Can I export calendar and conference URLs from Outreach?

Answer

In Outreach, there are two options for calendar and conference links:

  1. Sender calendar URL, which links to a calendar with availability slots for prospects to select from and book time on your calendar. This can be inserted into your Outreach meeting invites using the variable {{sender.calendar_url}}.
  2. Personal meeting room URL, which is typically used for a static Zoom or Teams room that is shared with prospects on your meeting invites. This can be inserted into your Outreach meeting invites using the variable {{sender.conference_url}}.

You can view and edit each of these options under Settings --> Personal Settings --> Calendar Setup, shown here. 

Exporting Sender URLs

Note: You may need Admin access in Outreach to complete these steps. 

  1. Navigate to Settings --> Administration --> Users
  2. Select the checkbox next to all users whose URLs you'd like to export
  3. Click the three-dots menu that appears in the toolbar, and select Export
  4. In the exported CSV, you'll find a column named "Sender Calendar URL" which will contain each user's calendar link. 

Exporting Conference URLs

Unfortunately, exporting user's personal meeting room URLs or conference URLs is not currently supported. We recommend each user manages this individually and updates their own personal meeting URL via their profile in Outreach, under Calendar settings.
