Objective
To explain to End Users how to configure Outreach Voice to forward calls to an external voice line.

Procedure
- Navigate to Personal Settings>Phone Numbers.
- Click "Add personal phone number" if your external phone number is not already in the system.
- Walk through the on-screen prompts to validate your external phone number.
- Under "Make Calls From," choose "Phone," and select your external phone number.
- Under "Receive Calls On," choose "Phone," and select your external number.
Once this has been completed, calls that come in to any of your Outreach purchased numbers, and any calls that you make from within Outreach, will be routed to your external phone line.
