Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in uninstalling the CRM plugin connection.

Notes:
- Outreach recommends testing this process in an Outreach Sandbox environment while in beta.
- it's recommended to export your plugin settings in case you need to use them in the future. The steps are in this article How To Export (Backup) a CRM Plugin Configuration.
Procedure

- Log in to Outreach.
- Click Administration > CRM.
- Click the ... menu from the right top corner.
- Click on Uninstall.
- Select Uninstall from the warning dialogbox.
