Outreach Commit Rep Experience
Outreach Commit helps reps manage the deals in their pipeline, build trust in their health, and submit a forecast to their manager with confidence. It monitors every deal in the pipeline and highlights to users when issues are discovered, including why the deal is off track and what next steps they can take to remedy the situation. Outreach Commit also provides reps with an easy interface for updating any notes or fields on deals in their pipeline, all of which write back to CRM.
Performance Management
Performance management provides reps with a view into their weekly pipeline movement, quota attainment, strengths and weaknesses relative to their team, and insights on their performance over time on key business metrics. For example, metrics like Weighted Pipeline provide visibility on how much they can expect to close based on existing deals and historical win rates.

Pipeline Management
Outreach Commit allows reps to inspect what is happening with their deals without having to go into a CRM and manually check all of the items related to the deal. In the Pipeline view, reps get a complete summary of where deals are, their value, their next steps, and if any signals may be flagging at-risk deals.
Creating Custom Views
Reps can utilize the filter button at the top of the screen to customize the opportunities that appear in their pipeline view. Once new filters have been applied, they can use the vertical three-dot menu to save that view for future use.
Write-Back to CRM
If a pencil icon appears while hovering over a field in the deal grid, this indicates that write-back to CRM has been enabled by a Commit admin. To edit fields like this, simply click the field and enter or select the new value. Once the update has been made the row will blink until the data has been successfully passed back to CRM.
Forecasting
Outreach Commit helps build confidence in the forecast by showing its evolution over time, including both how it has changed and why. It weaves together visibility into inputs and rich historical snapshots.
Reps can access the forecast panel by clicking View Forecast in the top right corner. Within the forecasting panel, a rep has the ability to:
- Toggle between forecasts by using the top drop-downmenu (if more than one is enabled for this rep)
- Review how their forecast differs from the last submitted forecast call
- Adjust their forecast call by clicking into any category with a dotted line underneath
- Click Submit to document their forecast call with any associated notes
