If changes need to be made to a Prospect after it has been created Outreach, users can edit the Prospect's record and Outreach will push the new data into Salesforce (depending on how your Salesforce plugin is set up).
To modify a Prospect's record, start on the Prospects tab, then follow these steps:
- Click on the Prospect that needs to be edited
- On the top right side of the page, click "edit"
- Enter or modify the fields that need to be edited
- Save your changes
