If changes need to be made to a Prospect after it has been created Outreach, users can edit the Prospect's record and Outreach will push the new data into Salesforce (depending on how your Salesforce plugin is set up).
Edit a Prospect Record
- Click on the prospect icon on the left hand navigation panel and select the Prospect that needs to be edited.
- On the top right side of the page, click "edit.
- Enter or modify the fields that need to be edited and save your changes.
You can change fields on multiple prospect by bulk modifying.
