The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in editing prospect records in the Outreach Platform.

- Changes made to a Prospect record will sync with the corresponding records in the CRM depending on how the mapping is configured. For more information regarding mapping records to a CRM, refer to the applicable CRM articles.
How To Edit a Prospect Record
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the Prospects icon (double silhouette) in the navigation sidebar.
- Click the applicable Prospect.
- Click the Edit button on the Prospect's Profile page.
- Update the Prospect's record as applicable and click Save.
The Prospect's record has been updated to reflect the saved changes.
