Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in configuring Outreach Prospect engagement settings.
Intended Audience:
- Outreach Admins
Notes:
- Prospect record ownership is assigned to the Prospect creator by default, (i.e. the User adding the Prospect to Outreach) when the Prospect is added to the Outreach Platform.
- Admins can configure Outreach to provide Users the ability to reassign Prospects within the Org wither during creation or when the Prospect record is edited.
How To Configure Outreach Prospect Engagement Settings:
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the User's initials (avatar) in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.
- Click Profiles under the User Admin section in the Settings panel.
- Select the applicable profile. Note: Admin profiles cannot be changed.
- Configure the Prospect Engagement options based on the description in the table below:
Option Description Email Based on Prospect Ownership Determines which Prospect records a User can email based on the following Ownership options: - All Records
- Owned and Reports Records
- Owned Records
Email Based on Account Ownership Determines which Account records a User can email based on the following Ownership options: - Owned and Reports Records
- Owned Records
- No Records
Create and Send Emails in Bulk Permits or denies Users the ability to create and send emails in bulk. Sequence Prospects in Bulk Permits or denies Users the ability to sequence in bulk. - Click Save.
The Prospect Engagement settings have been successfully configured.
