Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in manually syncing Prospect records with Salesforce.
Outreach automatically looks for changes in records in both the Outreach Platform and in Salesforce; however, depending on the plugin's settings, changes may not be synced immediately. Outreach allows the syncing of Prospect records to capture and import new and updated information immediately through a manual import process.

How To Manually Sync Multiple Prospect Records to Salesforce
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the Prospects icon (double silhouette) in the navigation sidebar.
- On the Prospects List View, select the applicable Prospects to sync.
- Click the More Options icon (ellipses) and select Synchronize with Salesforce from the dropdown menu.
- On the Synchronize Prospect window, configure the sync process as described in the table below:
Action Description Pull data down from Salesforce Updates the record in Outreach with the latest Salesforce information. Push data up to Salesforce Updates the Lead or Contact with the latest information from Outreach. Find corresponding object without changing data Connects to the Object ID used in the CRM based on a shared email address. Skip Plugin Filters and Conditions Ignores any conditions set on Inbound/Outbound Update in the CRM.
Note: Syncing this option will bypass the plugin's configuration settings.Force update of all fields Updates Outreach or the CRM with the latest values, regardless of whether or not there is a new Modified By date since the last polling cycle.
Note: Syncing this option will bypass the plugin's configuration settings. - Click Sync.The applicable Prospect records sync as configured.
Note: Manually syncing records takes up more API calls than allowing records to automatically update through the plugin and could potentially exceed API call quota.
