When attempting to pull from the Salesforce, the error "We could not sync this record. Reason: Look for name instead of record ID is not supported for objectName: _______" appears (example below).
To resolve the issue, uncheck the box next to 'Look for name instead of record ID' and save. Then refresh the page and try the sync again. Note that the object name listed on the error is the object type being mapped, which means the field causing the error could be on any of the objects listed (Contact, Account, Lead, etc) in the plugin overview.
The 'Look for name instead of record ID is not supported for objectName' checkbox can only be used when mapping Lead Statuses or Opportunity Stages. If it is used on any other object mapping (e.g. account), the error will appear and the sync will be prevented.
