Objective
Easily send a one-off or bulk email communication to Prospects from different Outreach users' mailboxes.

Before You Begin
- Admins must configure the applicable permissions in order for users to send on another user's behalf. For more information, refer to the Understanding Governance Profile Settings article.

The mailbox from which a user would like to send needs to be from an active user in Outreach, and have the following attributes
- Connected
- Sending and syncing enabled
Procedures
How to Send an Email to a Prospect on Behalf of Another User
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Access the Prospects List View.
- Find the prospect you want to email.
- To the far right of the prospect's name, click the More options (...) icon, then Send email.
- In the resulting New message window, from the From dropdown menu, select the applicable user.
Unable to select a different user? You may not have the necessary permission. Consult your Outreach admin for assistance. - Complete composing the email as applicable and click Send.
The email will be sent to the applicable recipient on behalf of the selected user.
How to Send Bulk Emails (Multiple Prospects) on Behalf of Another User
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Access the Prospects List View.
- Select the applicable Prospects to email.
- Above the Prospects list, click the More Options (...) icon, then Bulk Compose from the dropdown menu.
- In the resulting Bulk compose window, from the From dropdown menu, select the applicable user.
Unable to select a different user? You may not have the necessary permission. Consult your Outreach admin for assistance. - Select the applicable user from the From dropdown menu.
- Complete composing the email as applicable and click Send. The email will be sent to the applicable recipients on behalf of the selected user.
