Outreach can report from a high level on the account as a whole, down to individual users, and then can drill down further into individual sequences and templates. This gives users a comprehensive view on how Outreach is performing
In the Reports tab of Outreach users can see the prospect overview, delivery overview, and call overview for their entire account. From here, a user can change the date range to anything they choose and the statistics and graph will change accordingly. The reports also can be exported to a CSV file.
A user can also view how their team mates are doing and by clicking on another user's name, which will drill the reports down to see how the individual user's is performing.
By scrolling down further, a user can see how each individual sequence and template is performing against each other. By clicking on the 'Opens' 'Clicks' 'Replies' grey tabs, the statistics will adjust accordingly so that a user can easily compare different sets of data.
From the Sequences tab in Outreach, users can also click into a particular sequence to get core analytics about how it's performing. The reports also can be exported to a CSV file.
