Setting Up Bridge Dialing
First, ensure you have selected one or more phone numbers to use for your calling with Outreach. After adding a phone number to Outreach, you’ll also need to include a bridge phone number (your personal/work landline or mobile phone number) and choose the ‘Call type’ option as ‘Bridge - Call via your phone’.
Once you have selected bridge dialing, chosen a phone number and added a bridge phone number, you are ready to make calls via bridge.
Once you have the bridge functionality setup, anytime you receive an inbound call, your landline/mobile number used for the bridge will receive the calls at the same time that the application does. Simply answer the call to talk.
