When a user receives an inbound call, the user will receive a call on their bridge phone number, and will also see/hear an inbound call within the browser if the Outreach application is open.
Users can choose to accept or reject the call in the browser to initiate a VOIP call, or answer on their phone to take the call over the standard telco hard lines, thus increasing call quality.
