Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in resetting login credentials.
Outreach provides non-admin users two ways to change or update their login credentials: through user profile settings, and through initial sign in.
Note: Users with Single Sign On permissions must contact their Outreach Admin for password assistance.
How To Reset Outreach Login Credentials via User Profile Settings
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click on the user's initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the navigation sidebar.
- On the User Settings landing page, click the Change Login Credentials button in the General tab.
- On the Outreach Profile web page, click Change Password.
- Input the old password.
- Input and confirm the new password.
- Click Submit.
The password has been changed successfully.
How To Reset Outreach Login Credentials via Initial Sign In Page
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- On the Outreach log-in page, input the applicable email and click Next.
- Click the Forgot Password? link.
- Input the applicable email address and click Submit.
A password reset email is sent to the applicable inbox. Note: The link will expire in 72 hours.
- Click on the link in the email and create your new password.
