Outreach Voice now allows you to bridge dial. Dialing through a bridge allows you to call a prospect through your Outreach Phone Number, but it is routed through your phone. We accomplish this by connecting you and your call recipient in a “bridge conference” where the two of you can connect.
Setting Up Outreach for Bridge Dials
Once you've added your Outreach phone number, follow the below steps to set up bridge dial in Outreach.
- Click on the initials on the bottom left hand side of the Outreach platform.
- Under "General Settings", find the section titled "Voice"
- Under the section labeled "Call Type", select "Bridge" from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the number you'd like to use for outbound and inbound dials. These numbers can be the same or different, depending on your workflow. You are not required to include an inbound bridge number.
