Outreach Voice now allows you to bridge dial. Essentially, this means that you have the ability to dial somebody using your Outreach Phone Number, but through your physical phone. We accomplish this by connecting you and your call recipient in a “bridge line” where the two of you can connect. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to set up your Bridge functionality, and how to dial numbers consecutively.
You set up your Bridge functionality in Settings > You. On this page you set up a couple of fields:
a) Outreach Voice Number : Select the phone number you want to dial out from.
b) Call Type : Select “Bridge - call via your phone.”
c) Bridge Phone Number: Input your current phone number (whether it’s landline, mobile, etc.)
d)Default Country Code: Select a default dial code for outbound calls.
1.You can initiate the call by clicking on a phone number on the Outreach platform
2.Upon dialing, you’ll receive an incoming call to your phone, from your Outreach phone number.
Upon answering - you’ll be prompted to enter the bridge line
3. When answering, you’ll be prompted to press any digit to connect into the bridge line. After connecting, the system will then dial the recipient into the bridge line.
4.After logging your phone call, you will be able to dial directly into the next phone number (you won’t be asked to join the bridge line again.)
