Purpose
The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach users regarding the Team Activity Report.

What is the feature?
The Team Activity Report provides the ability to look at activities performed by users and teams in order to provide daily coaching. This report follows the user's timezone based on the Chrome Browser Time Zone settings.
- Today: 12 AM > now local time.
- Yesterday: 12 AM > 11:59 PM local time.
- This Week: 12 AM on Monday of the current calendar week > now.
Filter Definitions
Outreach provides users the ability to filter reports to surface specific information. The Team Activity Report can be filtered as described in the table below.

Displays content grouped by selected Teams. Note: For more information regarding Outreach Teams, refer to the Creating Teams and Applying Team Filters article. |

Displays content based on selected Users. Note: If the user did not have matching activity given selected filters, they will not show in the report.

- All activity is rolled up to the user that completed the action.
Team Activity displays metrics as described in the table below:
Summary Tab
Metric | Definition |
Prospects Added | Count of prospects sequenced by the user. |
Active Prospects Owned | Count of unique prospects currently active in sequence. Not available as a historical metric. |
Outbound Calls | Count of outbound calls attempted or logged through Outreach. |
Emails Delivered | Count of emails successfully delivered to a prospect through the Outreach platform, extension or add-on (note that OOO and bounced messages does not include them in the report). |
Overdue Tasks | Count of incomplete tasks overdue by 1 calendar day or more, and due in the date range selected. |
Tasks and activity

Prospects Added | Count of prospects sequenced by the user. |
Active Prospects Owned | Count of unique prospects currently active in sequence. Not available as a historical metric. |
Active Accounts Owned | Count of unique accounts currently active in sequence. Not available as a historical metric. |
Other Tasks | Count of tasks completed that are not classified as email, call, or LinkedIn tasks. |
LinkedIn Tasks | Count of LinkedIn tasks completed. |
Overdue Tasks | Count of incomplete tasks overdue by 1 calendar day or more, and due in the date range selected. |
Calls
Metric | Definition |
Outbound Calls | Count of outbound calls attempted or logged through Outreach. |
Connected Calls | Count of calls that were picked up or went to voicemail (did not end early). |
Total Talk Time | Sum of time spent on a call, including calls under 1 minute. |
Average Call Duration | Average length of calls in the selected period. Includes calls under 1 minute. |
Emails
Metric | Definition |
Emails Delivered | Count of emails successfully delivered to a prospect through the Outreach platform, extension or add-on. |
Email Open Rate | Percentage of emails opened and delivered within 14 days. |
Email Click Rate | Percentage of emails delivered with a clicked link within 14 days. |
Email Reply Rate | Percentage of emails delivered with a reply within 14 days. |
Unsubscribe Rate | Percentage of emails delivered that received a request to opt out of future contact. |
In-Sequence Emails | Percentage of emails delivered that were tied to a sequence. |
One-Off Emails | Percentage of emails delivered that were not tied to a sequence. |
Bulk Emails | Percentage of emails delivered as part of a bulk mailing. |
