Unfortunately, in Outreach, you cannot recall a successfully sent and delivered message. When users connect their mailbox to Outreach, we're only syncing your emails and activity with prospects. However, the emails you send from Outreach are still being sent from your mail provider and their mail servers, and not from Outreach.
If you need to recall a message and you're still within your mail provider's time frame, you can attempt to recall the message directly from your email (Gmail or Outlook) using their built-in recall feature.
