Objective:
This article provides instructions on how to locate prospects or accounts within Outreach that are not currently synced with your CRM.
Applies to:
- Outreach users
Procedure
- Log in to your Outreach account.
- Go to Prospect or Account menu.
- Click on 'Add Filter' and select 'Integration record type is empty'.
Note that you can add or remove any applicable filters if needed and you'll notice a 'greyed out cloud' icon in the record status, confirming that records are not synced.
