Objective
The purpose of this guide is to provide guidance to Outreach users on deactivating an Outreach's trigger.

- Outreach Admins
Procedure
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click Administration in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.
- Click Triggers.
- Find the trigger you need to deactivate by scrolling down, or using the Soft by Pick-list.
- Click the three-dots [ ... ] menu at the far right of the trigger you'd like to deactivate.
- Click Deactivate.
