Objective
Large enterprises, typically those with a global footprint, forecast and report on their opportunities with more than one currency (dollars, euros, yen, etc.)
This capability aims to enable managers & AEs of such enterprise customers to utilize Outreach Opportunity list to be able to see opportunity amount in their local currency

Procedure
Opportunity List View
Once the multi-currency feature is enabled for your organization, you will see the currency dropdown on the top right as shown below.
By default, user preferred currency will be selected.
- The amount shown in parentheses will be the converted amount as per the user selected currency.
- If the selected currency is same as the opportunity currency then converted amount won’t be shown in the parentheses.
- The main amount is the amount as per the opportunity currency. Please note that edits will happen on the opportunity currency amount & the converted currency amount will be modified accordingly.
The total amount at the bottom of the table will be displayed in the user selected currency.
Switching the currency
Select an active currency in the dropdown. Active currencies are configured by your admin.
Once a new currency is selected, all amounts will be converted to the new currency as per the dated conversion rates defined in your SFDC.
