Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide clarification to Outreach users about the possibility of syncing a user's mailbox between different Outreach instances.

Procedure
- We use email addresses to differentiate records in Outreach (Prospects and Users).
- Each user has a different email address to send emails. If you request us to add the same mailbox to another user in a different Outreach instance, we will receive an error message that says "Email is already taken by another user", which prevents us from taking this action.
