Procedure
- Follow the recommend steps to authenticate a mailbox into Outreach:
How To Connect a Primary Email to Outreach. - Clear cache and cookies and refresh your mailbox and Outreach (you'll be required to sign in).
- Disconnect and reconnect the mailbox:
- Ensure the mailbox in Outreach is an exact match of your email address (case sensitive).
- If your organization uses SSO, seek further assistance from your local IT team.
- If you're still unable to authenticate the mailbox, contact Outreach support.
