Objective
You want to view activities that have synced or have not synced to your CRM.
This is only available for Calls at the moment. We do not have a native filter for this, so we need to use the Search box using a search string. The Calls List page has the search box, but the other list view pages for emails, meetings, and tasks do not, hence why this only works for Calls. If you'd like to see this feature or filter available for the other activities, please request this to the Support team and we can submit a Feature Enhancement Request for you.
When viewing activities from their list view page, it will show all activities, whether they synced or not (cloud bubble icon). Sometimes you may want to view and filter for only certain records, whether they synced or not. This is helpful when doing a bulk push/pull for syncing many records.
Applies To
- Calls from the Calls List page.
- Not currently available for Emails, Meetings, or Tasks.
Procedure
- Go to the Calls List page here.
- Remove/add applicable filters.
- In the Search box, use either search string options below:
- To find calls that have synced:
salesforce_id:"**"
- To find calls that have not synced:
salesforce_id:""
- To find calls that have synced:
