Sequence setting for what to do when a prospect replies
Answer
Yes. The Replies sequence setting applies to both emails and calls.
If a prospect replies to a sequence email, we count that as a reply.
If you log a sequence call task with a call disposition that is mapped to 'Answered' (see call dispositions article below for more info), we will also count that as a reply, since you were able to connect and speak with the prospect. In the case where you spoke with someone, but it was the wrong person, and you'd like for them to remain in the sequence, your admin can create a new call disposition for something similar to 'Call answered, but wrong person', and map that to 'Not answered'.
