If Live Listen/Join is enabled for your Outreach profile, you'll have the option to join the call as a muted participant. If you need to join the call you'll have the option to unmute yourself.
Joining a Call in Progress
- On the left hand navigation panel, find the "Calls" option. If your navigation panel is expanded, the call list view is found under the phone icon. If your navigation panel is collapsed, "Calls" is found as an option under the chat bubble.
- Find a call that has the "In Progress" label. Hover on over the call and click on the dropdown arrow that appears. Select "Join"
- You'll be added to the call as a muted participant. To unmute, click on the microphone symbol on the call bar.
- When you're ready to leave the call, hit the red button to hang up.
Note: While a sales rep can initiate a call through VOIP or Bridge, you can only join a call through VOIP.
