Outreach Insights Team Activity Report (Legacy) Overview:
The Team Activity report provides Users insight to what activities a team has completed and can be found grouped with other activity-based reports.
Access the Team Activity Report:
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the Reports icon (bar graph) in the navigation sidebar.
- Click Activity in the menu bar.
Filters:
Users can sort and filter how metrics are displayed by clicking the applicable columns, selecting a timeframe, or adding filters.
Content can be filtered as described in the table below:

Metrics Definitions:
Most metrics have a tooltip that you can hover over for more information.
Filter by Activities: All activities | |

Metric | Description |
Count of mailings delivered within the specified time period by the user | |
Outbound Calls | All outbound calls attempted, including calls not answered |
Other Tasks | All other type of tasks completed within the specified time period |
Active prospects | Prospects owned by the user which are currently active in a sequence Note: Active Prospects are Prospects active in at least one sequence. |
Active accounts | Accounts owned by the user which are currently active in a sequence Note: Active Accounts are Accounts where at least one Prospect is active in a Sequence. |
Prospects added | All prospects that have been added to a sequence by the user who initiated it |
Overdue tasks | Tasks more than 24 hours old (past due date and time) |
Filter by Activities: Emails | |
Delivered | Number of outbound emails sent and successfully delivered over time by the user |
Open rate | Sum of all opens / sum of all deliveries |
Reply Rate | Sum of all replies / sum of all deliveries |
Click Rate | Sum of all clicks / sum of all deliveries |
Activities: Outbound Calls | |
Attempted | Number of outbound calls made |
Connected | Number of outbound calls that hit a voicemail or picked up by an individual |
Time spent | Sum of call duration for all calls over 1 min |
Average duration | Average call duration based on call time for all calls over 1 min |
