When you're setting up your sequence ruleset, you have two options for Outreach to take action if a prospect engages with your sequence: Create a call task when a prospect opens a sequence email, and create a call task when a prospect clicks on a link with an email.
With either of these settings enabled, a call task with an assigned priority (low, normal, or high) will be automatically created by Outreach so you know you should take action on a prospect that is highly engaged with your sequence email.
Note: You must have open and/or click tracking enabled for these settings to work.
