Outreach automatically looks for changes on records in both the Outreach platform and in Salesforce. Depending on your plugin settings, these changes will automatically be bi-directionally synced. However, if you need to check for new and updated information immediately and relating to a specific user in Outreach, you can manually sync the user's records.
Loading a User's Accounts, Leads, Contacts
- Click on the Actions button in the top right and select Salesforce Load
- Use the dropdown list to choose User for the Salesforce Object Type then click on the Salesforce User dropdown list and begin typing your desired user's name and select it.
- Check the box next to "Include Associated Contacts, Leads, and Accounts." Choose whether or not to skip plugin filters and conditions. Click on Import to bring everything in.
- Allow a few minutes for the plugin to fully sync over all objects from Salesforce.
