Objective
Guidance for Outreach Admins in configuring text message governance.

Procedure
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click on Administration then Access control under User management.
- Select the user profile to adjust.
- On the Profile Settings landing page, scroll down and locate the Text option and Enable/Disable it.
- Click Save.
- Repeat Steps 1-5 for remaining profiles as applicable.
